My initial concerns about buying insurance over the Internet was laid to rest after a couple of emails and a phone call. The long-term care insurance specialist from your office spent over an hour on the phone with me answering my questions. It turns out I wasn't buying over the Internet after all. The application and qualification was the same as if you were across the street. Thanks for such great service.

I watched the Merl Comer story on TV but my wife missed it. I found the link to the program on the pbs.com website. After we watched it we decided we needed to do something for ourselves so we don't end up in financial trouble. The consequences of not being insured are to risky. The long-term care insurance specialist there who helped me explained what my current policy did and didn't cover and recommended I consider not replacing it, which other insurance agents have suggested, but adding a small policy to it.
